In South Africa, MIKAEEL SHAIK started as a JNR Administrator and earned his way up to Senior Network Engineer. DENSO appointed him Senior System Administrator in 2018, one year after he moved to the UAE. Currently, he manages RPA for DSMN's Strategic Planning Department. He has worked in the industry for over 14 years. 

His intrinsic motivation is to learn new technologies and systems. It is for this reason that he is interested in working on a project that advances RPA and DSMN technology. In addition to his professional skills in his field, he actively develops business analysis skills to better understand the needs of the organization and its customers, learn how to use data to make informed and strategic decisions and his role requires him to think differently.  He aspires to one day lead the business analysis unit and he is not afraid to take on new responsibilities.

He graduated with was a BSC IT Business Management from Rosebank College. Additionally, as an avid learner he holds a Six Sigma Certification, CCNA, MCITP certification in System Administration and SQL Developer from Creative Technology Universitas.
